Ai CSAT utilizes state-of-the-art deep learning techniques to detect customer satisfaction from Dialpad call records between customer service representatives and customers. Firstly, the audio from the calls is transcribed into words using our proprietary speech recognition technology, maximizing accuracy even in noisy environments. The resulting transcript is then fed into a deep neural network, which updates approximately 100 million parameters based on 1.3 million anonymized calls used for training, enabling accurate predictions.
